It’s a modern 100 sqm apartment with a bathroom incl. laundry machine, spacious kitchen & living room, and a lovely balcony facing the sun. Also, there is a shared room which can be used for work, yoga, drying the laundry, dancing to your new summer theme, or whatever else moves you. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you are into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. Close-by you will find Sydhavnstippen & Vestre Kirkegård for some nature, Vesterbro and Islands Brygge can easily be reached by bike, and if you like Italian food, Supermarco at the end of the street is there to save your day. YOUR NEW ROOMMATE My name is Raphael, I am in my 30’s, moved to Copenhagen almost nine years ago, and am currently working in business development. In my leisure time, I am quite active and like to spend time with people and in nature. I play volleyball, dance Lindy Hop & Tango, am fresh in love with bouldering and winter bathing, and volunteer here and there. On the weekends, my inner night owl comes out and I am up for drinks and an occasional good night out in the city.
