The flat is on the 2nd floor and has itself 3 floors, one of them being the terrace, perfect to spend the summer days. :) The flat is located directly to the water channel, with water view from the living room. The flat is fully furnished, as well as the room. Wardrobe, bed (double bed that can be converted to a sofa), and desk. The room faces the inner garden, is very bright and gets sunlight in the afternoon. --------- All bills, incl. heating, water, energy and internet, are included in the price. --------- The roommates: I am a 32 yo Brazilian MD working full time, 2-3x/week also from home. I love sports, being active, but also reading and spending time at home. Two kittens (now around 4 months old) also live in the apartment. :) You should of course also be ok with that. ---------- There is a basement if you need to store some stuff. Bike parking is also available. ---------
