Well equipped kitchen with dining table, bathroom with bathtub and green areas next to the harper. Charming area, with Christiania, Nyhavn and Cph downtown all within reach /150-800 metres away. The rent is 2500 per month for 3 days a week. If you need 5 days this can be arranged for 3500, dkr. but currently I’m looking for a 3 days rental periods. It will work like a bed and breakfast type thing, where the room is ready for you the days you need it. I will sometimes use it when you’re not around, but will always make sure that’s is clean, tidy and welcoming, the fixed days planned in advance. You can store some clothes, toiletries and other personal belongings here. Deposit is 8000. No prepaid rent. Looking for a mature person around 28+ years who needs accommodation cause of work. I’m friendly and easy going, I have lived with people in different setting my whole life, and I know that chemistry is important. I sometimes work from home. I cook quite often, and I like to share an occasional coffee or a glass of wine with my roommate. A little chit-chat now and then makes things more smooth and relaxed :)
